Hello! My name is Liz (she/her), and I am a born and raised North Carolinian! I graduated from the University of South Carolina with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in 2020. I received my Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2024. I have four years of hands-on experience working with children and adolescents, including being a teacher in North Carolina. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate serving as an outpatient therapist at Hart Integrated Wellness!

I started my social work career at a partial hospitalization facility for adults of all ages, where I help my clients navigate through life transitions, struggles with mental health and their diagnoses, and self-harm concerns. This experience helped me to gain clinical skills that I have combined with my experience of working with children, and I now do individual counseling for children, teens, and young adults.
